Welcome to the Oceanic restaurant in Chinon. Here you will find classic dishes reinvented to give it an original turn. From Millefeuilles between the land and sea to "big macaroon", it is with passion that I invite you to discover my creations in a renovated place.

It is with humility that I want to talk here about my cook, my work, my passion. So you will forgive me these words written with my heart.

I take this quote from the great French chef because they say well why I do and love this job for so many years. The shared pleasure, the desire to discover and surprise are the foundations of my culinary creation. The cook can't be good if you don't want to touch the person to whom it is served.

So naturally our menu changes year after year, season after season. I try to make my cook lives thru passing time, fashions that change so quickly, my desires and of course the feelings awaken.


In my work, I nevertheless remains true to certain principles which are dear to me: fine dining without being pretentious, respectful with products that I select carefully.

This is a chance to exercise a profession that can touch others. My desire is that each person who crosses the threshold of our establishment are having a good time, take pleasure in the plate but also to be here with us. This is a permanent quest but also a source of an endless motivation .
